Theory of renal fibrosis

By renal fibrosis is meant the progressive course of renal function going from normal to damaged, to destroyed, and at last to lose its function It is a physiopathologic change.
Stimulated by pathogenic factors such as wound, infection, inflammation, disturbance of blood circulation, immune response, and so on, renal inherent cells get damaged.
At anaphase there will be a lot of deposits and accumulations of collagen that cause renal parenchyma sclerosis cirrhosis and to form cicatrices gradually, and at last make kidney lose it's function completely.
Renal fibrosis takes the excrescent deposition of the cell outside quality as a characteristic.
