The microcosmic manifestation of renal fibrosis is fibrosis of renal inherent cells.Essential is that the renal cells are necroses because of damaged. Renal cells may be damaged by many pathogenic factors, such as drug poisoning, hypertension, diabetes, cold, infection etc. When damaged, these cells release some cell factors like 1L-1 and TNFa etc. These cell factors will attract a series of inflammatory cells (such as white blood cells, lymphocytes, blood plates, mononuclear-macrophages, and so on) toward mesangial area, blood vascular area, interstitial area and releasing a series of inflammatory mediators causing inflammatory reaction, which accelerate phenotypic transformation of renal inherent cells in return.At this time, the function of renal inherent cells has changed, and a series of renal toxic cell factors release, such as TGF-B, PDGF, Bfgf, EGF, etc. These cell factors cause fibroblasts hyperplasia and discrimination, and make them change to muscular fibroblasts.
