We have separate Bathroom, Air conditioning, and hot water In the ward,patients have activity room on each floor Patients can phone Food Order. Food will be directly sent to beside the bed . We have set up service centers to solve problems out of the treatment for patients including psychological counseling, transporting patients to hospitals, day-to-day escorting out, the field accommodation for the families of patients, and ticketing management We organize regular "doctor-patient exchanges", with timely communication between doctors and patients, and we organize open exchange to listen to views and understand demand, in order to better serve for patients.
