1.valid  passport and visa (copy included)

2.hotel check-in record or temporary residence registration from local police station

3.one 2-inch recently taken color photo with full-face profile (the background should be white )

4.certificate of property right (copy included)

5.certificate of sources of income or notarized financial affidavit.

6.foreign spouse is expected to submit certificate of marriage and foreign children are expected to submit birth certificate or  family  relationship certificate (note:if the certificate is provided by foreign organizations ,it neeeds to be attested by chinses overseas embassies or consulates )

7.visa and residence Permit Application to be filled  in

8.any other document if requested
