1.valid passport and visa (copy included )

2.hotel check-in record or temporary residence registration from local station

3.one 2-inch recently taken color photo with full face profile (the background should be white )

4.certificate of relatives with permanent residency status or permanent residence permit of patron

5.notarized certificate of family relationship (copy included );the direct  relatives  refer to parents (parents of spouse ),grandparents(grandparents of spouse ,adult children  and their  spouse ,aduld grandchildren and their spouse ;

6.notarized certificate of the applicant having no direct overseas relatives (copy included );

7.notarized certificate of the sourses of income of the applicant or financial affidavit of the patron (copy included )

8.notarized certificate of the lease or housing properities of the applicants or the patron (copy  included );(note : if the certificate is provided by foreign organizations,it needs to be attested  by chinese overseas embassis or consulates.)

9.visa and residence permit application form to be filled in ;
