1.Valid passport and visa (copy included )

2.Hotel check-in record  or temporary residence registration from local police station

3.One recenly taken 2-inch full face color photograph (the background should be white )

4.The foreign student's passport and residence permit ,the official letter from the school or university

5.Certificate of family relationship (copy included)

    Foreign spouse should submit certificate and of marriage

    Foreign parents should  submit certificate  of family relationship

    Foreign children should submit birth certificate or certificate of family relationship

   Gourdians should  submit letter authorized  by the foreign student's parents or notarized guardianship .if certificate is provided by foreign organization ,it need to be attested by chinese overseas embassies or consulates

6.Visa and residence permit  application to be filled in

7.Any other document if requested
