1.Official letter from the host unit ,stating the basic information of applicant,reasons for  the application,items and duration of  stay.

2.valid passport and visa (copy included):

3.hotel check-in or temporary residence registration from local police station.

4."certificates of employment" or  "certificate of  expert" for those  coming  for invest or work (copy included).

5.certificates of expert for those coming  to teach(copy included).

6.the approval by  the ministry of culture or by the provincial bureau for those coming to perform.

7.One 2-inch recenly taken color photo with full-face profile(the background should be white).

8.health certificate issued by hebei entry-exit  inspection and quarantine bureau(applicants under 18 are exempt).

9.the copy of the business license and the registration certificate of the enterpraise or represetative office.

10.visa and residence permit application form to be filled in.

11.any other document if request.

Note:

1.the above employed people 'saccompanying  spouse ,parents or children  under 18 should ,apart from submitting documents indicated by,also submit certificate of family relationship (if the certificate is provided  by foreign organizations,it needs to be attested  by chinese  overseas consulates)and  the copy of the employed people 'passport and residence permit.

2. the health certificate  is issued by heping  Entry-exit inspection And Quaratine bureau.
