1.Official letter of admission from the school /university stating the basic information of applicant ,reasons for application,items and duration of stay"enrollment notice",JW202Form or JW 201form.

2.valid passport and visa(copy included).

3.hotel check-in record or temporary  residence registration from local police station(copy included).

4.one recently taken 2-inchfull face color photograph(the back ground should  be white).

5.for the first  time applicants who are 18years of age and above,health certificates issued by the hebei entry-Exit inspection and quarantine bureau should be submitted.

6.completed "visa and residence permit applicance form".

7.any other document if requested.
