 Documents required for F visa for those being invited for visit, investigation ,lecturing,business,exchange programs on science,technology,or culture,short-term study or practical training in shijiazhuang.

1.Official letter from the host unit,stating the basic  information of applicant ,reans for application,items and duration(copy of the business license and the registration certificate of the host unit or inviting company).

2.valid passport and visa(copy included).

3.hotel check-in record or temporary resident conformation from local  police station (copy included).

4.one recently taken 2-inch full-face color photograph(the background should be white).

5.visa and residence permit application to be filled in .

6.any other document if request.
