What Are the Early Symptoms of Renal Insufficiency?

In the early stage, the clinical symptoms of Renal Insufficiency only include those symptoms of primary diseases, which can affect different organs and tissues all over the whole body. The symptoms of Renal Insufficiency are as following:

a) the symptoms in gastrointestinal tract are the early and common symptoms of uremia. In the early stage, the complaints are anorexia, discomfort in belly. Later they can include nausea, vomit, diarrhoea, glossitis, urine stink in breath and oral ulcer, even massive hemorrhoea in digestive tract.

b) The symptoms of nerve systems include fatigue, dizziness, headache, hypomnesis, sleeplessness, numb extremities, causalgia in hands and feet, skin itchiness. In the later stage, there are somnolence, dysphoria, muscle spasm, coma etc.

c) The manifestations of cardiovascular system include high blood pressure. Long-term hypertension can lead to Left ventricular hypertrophy, myocardial injury, heart failure. The retention toxic substance can lead to uremic pericarditis.

d) The symptoms of hemopoietic system include anemia inevitable in uremia patients. Other symptoms can include gums bleeding and Melina.

e) The manifestations of respiratory system include long breath when there is acidosis. The retention of metabolin can lead to the symptoms such as bronchitis, pneumonia and pleuritis which are like those of uremia.

f) The manifestations of skin are dryness and desquamation.

g) Metabolic acidosis

h) Dehydration or edema

i) The electrolyte balance disorder.
