Early Symptoms of Renal Failure

2011-04-26 17:09

What are early symptoms of Renal Failure? Lots of patients put forward this question, actually Kidney Disease is a long-term developmental process, from the beginning, simply cell damage caused by ischemia and hypoxia, to later, renal fibrosis, phenotypical differentiation occurs on large amount of renal cells, and unrecoverable scar tissues are formed. How to reverse the damaged kidney? We can start with improving the status of ischemia and hypoxia of kidney; expanding all levels of renal artery, eliminating pathogenic factors and masses of Extracellular Matrix, bidirectionally adjusting the immune system of kidney, thus restoring immunologic function of kidney as well as damaged renal cells, eventually restore the normal renal function.

What are early symptoms of Renal Failure? In early stage of Renal Failure, besides increased Serum Creatinine (Scr), it often as asymptomatic disease on clinic but only appears root symptoms of the disease. When patients’ condition develops into residual nephrons that cannot adjust the minimum request which complies with organism, symptoms of Renal Insufficiency will gradually display. Iconography and biopsy are mainly supported in early stage which has a great diagnostic importance.

In primary stage of Renal Insufficiency, there has no symptom can be found by patients that the kidney cannot work normally in general condition. That is why urine ceases and blood examination are all with great importance. Sometimes patients feel fine, but examination will show some signs of Kidney Disease. However, when renal function is close to complete loss of kidney function, body fluctuation and symptoms will obviously appear. Different patients with Renal Insufficiency have different symptoms.

Ⅰ. Discomfort on body. Due to frequent accumulation of toxins and waste in the body, patients may feel discomfort. The symptoms contain nausea, vomit, lack of sleep, poor appetite, itch and fatigue.

Ⅱ. Edema. Some patients will present edema. Less urine volume, frequent micturition (especially in the night), edema on hands and ankles. There are also other symptoms, such as breathe hard, swell around eyes, etc.

Ⅲ. Anemia. Because renal function suffers damage, the body cannot produce enough hormones which are needed by creating Red Blood Cells, resulting in Anemia. Patients with Anemia may feel cold and fatigue.

Other symptoms of Renal Insufficiency in early stage

Hematuria, appears dark brown or blood red color, Hypertension, urine with froth, diarrhea, extremely thirsty or drowsiness, low sexual desire.

Because kidney has strong compensatory function, there often has no symptom in early stage, some patients in stage of Renal Insufficiency have unconspicuous symptoms when over 80% of nephron has been fiberized or sclerosesed, or only shows nausea, vomit, anemia and so on. If patients go to hospital for examination, Scr of patients often reach up to 400umol/L, which is far above normal range. So patients are suggested to go to hospital first when above symptoms appear, and adopt effective and systematic treatment timely.

Experts consider that though large area of nephrons in patients has been damaged, there also exit partial cells. Therefore, blocking-up effect of Micro-Chinese Medicine Osmotherapy as well as inactivation and reverse can block Renal Insufficiency developing into Uremia, at last get rid of dialysis and kidney-exchanging.

We can see the early symptoms of Renal Insufficiency from above mentioned. In fact, the treatment of kidney disease is not an overnight process; many people are looking for the best treatment. Stem Cell Transplantation in Shijiazhuang Kidney Disease Hospital has brought rehabilitations to many patients. After Stem Cells entering the body, first, target-planted in lesion, using the potential of self-proliferation and multi-differentiation infinitely into damaged renal inherent cells to repair cell function; second, the formation of vessel around lesion, improve microcirculation; third, secrete cytotrophy stimulating factor to restore and change micro-environment; fourth, rebuild immune system and improve disordered state.
