Spring

In the spring, it becomes warmer and warmer. Taking outdoor exercise can enhance our immunity and keep us healthy. However, virus and bacteria are also very active in this season. If the patients with Lupus Nephritis do not pay attention to their personal hygiene, they are very likely to touch the virus and bacteria thus leading to infection and colds. Summer

Winter

Moreover, the cold weather also can lead to vasoconstriction. This can make the high blood pressure worse. Therefore, the patients with Lupus Nephritis should keep warm and choose nonirritating skin care products.
