The Symptoms of Diabetic Nephropathy

Most Diabetic Nephropathy patients are asymptoatic in the early stage and their blood pressure are in normal condition or a little higher than usual. ● Proteinuria

The order of severity of the proteinuria of the Diabetic Nephropathy patients is progressive until the Nephrotic Syndrome appears.

●Anemia

The Diabetic patients with nitremia will have mild or moderate anemia. As for the anemia, the chalybeate treatment is invalid. Anemia is caused by the obstacles of erythropoietin, which has something to do with the long-term limited protein diet and nitremia.

● Hypertension

●Edema

● Other symptoms

Retinopathy isn’t the symptom of the Diabetic Nephropathy although it often accompanys with the patients. Even some people consider that the patients without diabetic retinopathy aren’t likely to have Diabetic Nephropathy.
